Fitness Kickboxing

Fitness Kickboxing; is a safe and fun way to get fit lose weight and learn some self defense skills. Based upon Muay Thai and Boxing techniques
We teach people to use and rediscover their body through integrated movements and to benefit from the amazing results. The workouts are designed for those who want to lose weight, stay in shape and learn to kick and punch.

The training is ideal for men and women of all ages and physical abilities...from complete beginners who want to keep fit, through to experienced martial artists who want to enhance their art and their cardio.
You do not need to be – or aspire to be - a martial artist to benefit from Kickboxing...we have structured our training programs to make a difference.
We provide programs for Women with weight loss , fitness and self defense as the main focus.

Fitness Kickboxing classes are held at both KMA Le Domaine Gym and at KMA Wack Wack.
