Arnis/ Self Defense
A very practical Self Defence system for the street. Suitable for Men and Women alike. Includes close contact self defense techniques from Arnis, Muay Thai and Open hand defence / attacks from Kali. Feel more confident and aware, Private classes available.
Boxing - known as the sweet science is a combat sport . Training involves in building strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance. It is a great form of self defense and an excellent fitness workout ,suitable for children ladies and adults of all ages. Children's training available Monday to Sunday 8am to 5.30pm. Adults training Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm. Saturday 7am to 7pm and Sunday 8am to 6pm.
Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
BJJ is a ground based grappling system essential for mixed Martial Arts and practiced on a resisting opponent at various levels of intensity to improve the effectiveness, application and reality of the techniques. We emphasis training in both Gi and No Gi. It is one of the most enjoyable of all martial arts as it is both a mental and physical challenge. Participants can start from age 4 it is a low impact sport with no striking
Capoeira is a Brazilian art form which combines fight, dance, rhythm and movement.
Cardio Kickboxing; is a safe way to practice the empty hand and foot techniques of most martial art styles, based on how the martial artists practice their superior footwork and striking skills.

Vinyasa Flow Yoga
Vinyasa Flow Yoga is holistic in nature, emphasising the bodys energy flow. We focus on breathing exercises and dynamic physical postures based around a constant flow.
