MMA or Mixed Martial Arts as it is called is one of the worlds fastest growing sports due to the exceptional exposure created by the UFC and other MMA events.

Mixed Martial Arts is a combination or more than one art.
Muay Thai , Kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) No Gi , Wrestling and Boxing are the core disciplines of most mixed martial arts training.
No Gi BJJ classes are a lot of fun and a great compliment to MMA training.

The workout is exceptional for fitness and weight loss, it can be easily adapted for participants who are not interested in fighting but would like to learn the skills and obtain the fitness benefits from this type of training.
