Cage Fitness is a new conditioning workout designed in the US by UFC champion
Matt Hughs based on the workout and conditioning methods for Mixed Martial Art fighters. Its is ideal for men and Ladies of all ages .
Cage Fitness is a whole body workout based on an MMA fighter preparation
designed to get a fighter fit, increase cardio lose weight and tone up.
The workout can be modified to challenge any fitness level and is an excellent stress
reliever promoting a sense of wellbeing.

Monday Wednesday and Friday 7 - 7.45pm
Sunday 10
-11.30 am
Normal rates apply and can be taken in conjunction with other classes i.e. Cage Fitness then a session of BJJ , Boxing or Muay Thai.
