Grading

Congratulations to everyone who graded at our recent grading in September.
Special mention goes to Gilbert Ombao who received his purple belt and to both Carlo Cruz and Josh Abella who received their Blue belts respectively, congratulations on behalf of the whole team and Coach Stephen.

Coach Stephen is holding his third degree Black Belt certificate which was issued by 7th degree Red and Black belt Fabricio Martins of Brazil .
Coach Stephen is one of Fabrico Martins highest graded non Brazilian students and one of a select few non Brazilians to be hold a third degree Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Black belt.
A special belt presentation will be made in Brazil.

A certificate of appreciation was awarded to Coach Hiro who is returning to Japan after eight years training under Coach Stephen for his contribution to the team in teaching and as an inspiration to everyone on the mat.

Coach Hiro started his journey in BJJ at age 43 and is now a Brown belt under Coach stephen and Master Fabricio.
We all thank you for making this team a better place to train.
