Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) is a ground based grappling system essential for mixed Martial Arts . The concept is that a smaller weaker opponent using leverage can beat a larger person. It is one of the most enjoyable of all martial arts being both a mental and physical challenge, likened to physical Chess. Participants can start from age 5 , it is a low impact sport with no striking. We emphasis training in both Gi and No Gi.

Boxing - known as the sweet science is a combat sport . Training involves in building strength, speed, reflexes, and endurance. It is a great form of self defense and an excellent fitness workout ,suitable for children ladies and adults of all ages. Children's training is available up to 5.30pm except Sunday 3pm. Adults training Monday to Friday 7am to 9pm, Saturday 7 to 7pm , Sunday to 8- 5pm

Fitness Kickboxing; is a safe and fun way to get fit lose weight and learn some self defense skills. Based upon Muay Thai and Boxing techniques you can work "One on One " with the trainer with your friends or on your own or join a class. We provide programs for Women with weight loss , fitness and self defence as the main focus. We want you to get fit and enjoy the workout.

Muay Thai is an excellent Cardio Work and self defense for close quarter fighting, our classes teach both hand, elbow and leg striking techniques. Muay Thai is Thailand's traditional fighting system.It is an excellent training for both Men , Women and children. Using large muscle groups such as legs teaches balance , co-ordination , and is one of the best ways to increase your cardio- vascular system , muscle tone while learning realistic self defense skills. Training available all day , with programs focusing on teaching women. We provide programs for Women with weight loss , fitness and self defense as the main focus.

Tae Kwon Do is a Korean Martial Art that emphasise the use of the feet for self defence. It is one of a few Martial Arts recognised in the Olympics. Children can train as young as three but we find that at four years children can comprehend better. Taekwondo Instructor Don Yonzon, former National Demo Team member and Black belt since 1990. Coach Don is a Certified Instructor from the Philippine Taekwondo Association established in 1976 , the National Governing body for Taekwondo in the Philippines.
