Three competitors from KMA BJJ Team competed in Tokyo, Japan last May 28.
The event brought together over 700 competitors mostly from the Tokyo region.

Hiro Kitamura put in an outstanding effort to win gold in the Masters Division and proved himself a true warrior. This has been his seventh competition over the past two months with Hiro taking out 5 golds, 2 silvers and a bronze. A fantastic effort that was rewarded with Hiro moving onto the blue belt ranks.

Akira Kitamura came third in the infant division showing a lot of potential as he has only been training for 6 months while he is fighting 2 years above his age group.

Coach Stephen came second in the Senior Black Belt Open Division and in the Senior Heavy weight Division, looks like he needs to train harder.

We would like to thank the students and Instructor Mr. Hayakawa of Tri Force Academy and JFT for allowing us to train at their dojo, and for their friendship and support.
