Cardio Kickboxing - Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) combines some of the best techniques from various fighting systems , including Boxing, Mauy Thai, and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Our classes are designed for students who wish to have an intense Cardio workout, lose weight and get fit. This class is suitable for Ladies, Men and even Children. If you are a begginer wishing to learn new skills or just looking for a great Cardio workout Cardio kickboxing - MMA classes are an effective way to get into shape and learn some real Martial Art skills. Classes Held : Rada Gym Makati Tuesday and Thursday 5.00pm - 6.00pm Prior to the class you are welcome to come and use the gym which is open fom 4pm.
