With over 20 years training in Kick boxing, Instructor Kru Carlo Vicencio is a Certified Muay Thai Instructor from the Muay Thai Association of the Philippines and has trained at the famed Fairtex Pataya Muay Thai Camp in Thailand. While in Thailand he underwent intensive training to hone his skills and teaching knowledge under the tutelage of Kru Chok and Kru Yak who have fought in over 200 matches and also trained under Kru Preecha and Kru Wanjan who have over 500 fights to their credit.
Muay Thai or Thai Kick boxing is a great Cardio Work out which teach hand, elbow , knee and leg striking techniques. It is well regarded as one of the worlds best standup fighting styles utilizing all your body's defences and weapons. We offer Muay Thai classes for students interested in sports training, just learning techniques or for full contact competition. It is not necessary to spar, the classes are designed for both men and ladies to train and enjoy a full body workout. Muay Thai is suitable for everyone , whether you want to lose weight, get fit, learn a self defence or just make friends. The focus in each class is to improve your overall fitness while learning self-defense striking skills.
