Congratulations to Kamphuis Fabricio Davao for successfully organizing a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Submission Grappling tournament in Davao. The event was made possible by Councilor Paulo Duterte and SM City Davao.

The event was officiated and organized by students and instructors of Team Fabricio Davao and was held at the activity center of SM City Davao. Participants from different martial arts club through out the southern region competed in this event that was witnessed by hundreds of spectators.

The official Kamphuis Fabricio BJJ school has finally opened in Korea. The school is led by Byeon Jan Won of Team Fabricio. Byeon Jan Won is a Blue belt who was promoted by 5th degree Black Belt Fabricio Martins, Head Instructor of Team Fabricio Brazil and Stephen Kamphuis Black Belt under Master Fabricio in April 2008.

Byeon is also a Black belt in Judo and a 7th degree Black belt in Hapkido.

Byeon is the first person to open a school in Korea under the Team Fabricio banner.
